Phillip Angelo Malfitano
Phillip Angelo Malfitano, a 34-year-old native of Jacksonville, North Carolina, has a deep-rooted passion for block and stone work, inspired by the historical architecture he encountered during his travels in his youth. His career in the landscape industry began at the age of 14, and he has since specialized in hardscape work since 2012. After returning to Jacksonville from Campbell University, he started working with Infused Elements in Cape Carteret, where he met his main helper, Miguel.
In 2018 Phillip founded his own business, Hardscape & Landscape by Design, focusing on quality work and exceptional customer service. Despite being a smaller outfit, his company is capable of handling both large and small projects, ensuring customer satisfaction through creative designs and transformative outdoor living spaces.
Phillip Malfitano is a Certified Concrete Paver Installer through the Concrete Masonry & Hardscapes Association (CMHA). This certification reflects his proven expertise in concrete pavement systems, verified by documented installation experience and success on the CMHA’s rigorous certification exam. Phillip’s credential highlights his dedication to quality in paver installation.
